Job Descripton

In your role as a Non-Medical Transportation Driver you will transport individuals to and from adult day services, place of employment, vocational habilitation, internships, volunteer activities, and other approved community services.

  • Medication Administration

  • IST Training

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license

  • Valid liability insurance as specified by Ohio law with a current copy on file at all times

  • Less than 6 points on driving record

  • High school diploma

  • CPR and First Aid

  • DODD Provider Training (8 hour initial and 2 hour annual)

  • UI/MUI Training
